A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking; this deposit can be paid with credit card or bank transfer and have to be paid within 7 business day from the reservation date. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not registred within 7 business days.
The remaining 70% will be due 20 days before the check-in; for bookings within less than 20 days prior to the check-in date, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
If the full balance is not paid on time the company will notify the guest, who will have 5 business days to remedy the breach. If the breach is still not remedied, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and is entitled to retain the deposit. Once the reservation is cancelled, the period will be immediately released to accept new bookings.
In case of No Show at check-in, the Guest will not be able to claim for any refund or compensation and Full accommodation cost will be charged.
If the Guest has to cancel the Accommodation for any reason, immediate notify through e-mail is required. The total Accommodation cost refunded will depend upon the amount of time still to elapse before the holiday check-in date and the total amount already paid:
30% of the total price at the moment of the reservation;
From 20 days before arrival date: 100% , total amount;
No refund will be due in the case the guests will voluntarily stop the stay before its end (Early Departure).
